Terms of Sale
These simple terms apply when you buy from TJ Lab (TJLab.co.za). If you have a question, email sales@TJLab.co.za.
Product and price
- My South African Diary 2027 — R150 per diary (382 pages, 6 × 9 inches / 15.2 × 22.9 cm).
- Courier delivery — R100 per order to one delivery address in South Africa.
- Helderberg area — free collection or free local delivery.
Prices are in South African rand. Product photos on the website are as accurate as possible; lifestyle photos are illustrative.
How ordering works
- Choose your order on the website.
- Pay by EFT, using your name and/or order reference as the payment reference.
- Email your order and proof of payment to sales@TJLab.co.za.
- Your order is confirmed once we have received the payment in our account. We'll email you to confirm and to arrange delivery or collection.
If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery and collection
Courier orders are sent to the address you give us, so please check it carefully. Collection and local-delivery arrangements are confirmed by email after payment. We never publish a home address.
Gifts
We can courier a diary directly to a gift recipient. Each different courier address is a separate order with its own courier fee.
Problems with your order
If there is a problem with your order, please email sales@TJLab.co.za. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer law.
